- Product Substitutions
In the event of supply issues, we may substitute items with similar alternatives to maintain the overall look and quality of your order. - Delivery Times
While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times to ensure fairness and efficiency. - High-Rise Deliveries
For deliveries to condos, malls, and offices, items will be delivered to the entrance or security desk. Door-to-door service is available for an additional RM5. - Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery, re-delivery can be arranged with fee, depending on your location. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items once they have been delivered. - Delivery Timing
We aim to complete deliveries by 5 pm. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or incorrect address information. We are not liable for delays caused by these factors. - Order Modifications
Any changes to your order must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. We cannot guarantee modifications once your order is in process. - Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. - Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time frame. (No refund for same-day delivery orders.) - Photo Proof
If available, photo proof of delivery or product condition can be requested via WhatsApp at 0134473243. - Customer Responsibility
