Our cut-off time for same-day delivery is 2:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM for Saturday. If you place an order after the cut-off time, we will only can proceed the delivery on the next day (except Sunday or Public Holiday). We currently deliver from Monday to Saturday, 6 days/week. Kindly place order before the time stated to avoid disappointment.

Yes, you can but you’ll need to inform us ASAP. If you’d like to change your order details, please whatsapp us at +6013 447 3243 and mention your order number. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes (including delivery address & card message) if they are requested before 10 AM or 1 day before the delivery date. For changes on special occasions, you’ll have to request at least 3 days in advance (eg for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day)
Yes, pickup option is available at our shop only. However, pickup time will be only from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM (weekdays), 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Saturday). This pickup time not applicable to same day order.
Yes, we accept walk-in customer. However, please allow 30-50 minutes waiting time for us to prepare your order.

Kindly note that in the event of any supply difficulties (flowers, box, wrappers, ribbons), we will replace with other available stock but still maintaining the overall look. Thus, your order will be subject to change depending on availability.
No specific color request will be entertained. We will follow the choice of theme color and prepare based on the availability stock for the day.
We provide delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) areas. For certain far-off locations, there is an additional surcharge based on your delivery area (automatically shown during checkout).

Please note that our delivery is a standard timing between 11 AM to 5 PM and we’re unable to accommodate specific timing requests. This is to ensure the fairness to all of our customers and maintain the efficiency in our operation.
We require the receiver’s contact number to ensure the delivery process goes as smooth as possible. Riders are required to call the receivers to receive the products OR to get permission to pass the product to someone they know if they are not present at location. Rerouting the delivery also requires the receiver’s contact number.
For landed properties or easily accessed properties, yes. For high-rise building, guarded office buildings, condominiums, and malls, runner may have to request the recipients to collect the products at the lobby or guard house.
However, door to door service is available with charges, RM5 (for standard high-rise building, not include parking fee if needed). Runner will contact you directly for this service.
For a fast & efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back Whimsy Bloom Shop and a notification will be sent to you.
If you’d like to redeliver, a redelivery fee will be charged depending on your recipient’s location and also subject to flower condition. No replacement flowers will be delivered if the flowers are wilted after being sent back to us.
We will do our best to hand the product before 5 PM. However, please expect a slight delay when there may be unforeseen situations such as bad weather, heavy rain, heavy traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdown etc. Our runner will usually immediately inform the receiver their estimation time and deal directly for smooth delivery process.
We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to incorrect information given and other reasons that beyond our control.
Sorry! We are unable to accommodate this request without any valid reasons. All flowers are checked and properly packaged before delivery, if you failed to notify us regarding to your dissatisfaction towards our fresh flowers within 2 – 3 hours upon receiving, we are unable to determine the cause of the issue.
