Terms and Conditions:
- Product Substitutions: In the event of supply issues, we may substitute items with similar alternatives to ensure the overall look and quality of your order are maintained.
- Delivery Times: While we strive to fulfill orders within a reasonable time frame, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times to ensure fairness and efficiency.
- High-Rise Deliveries: For deliveries to condos, malls, and offices, items will be delivered to the entrance or security desk. Door-to-door service is available for an additional RM5.
- Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, re-delivery can be arranged for an extra fee, depending on your location. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items once they have been delivered.
- Delivery Timing: We aim to complete deliveries by 5 pm, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by factors such as weather, natural disasters, or incorrect address information.
- Order Modifications: Any changes to your order must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. We cannot guarantee modifications once your order is in process.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 36 hours of order placement for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time frame.
- Photo Proof: If available, photo proof of delivery or product condition can be requested via WhatsApp at 0134473243.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided.
